Airlines of New South Wales Coasters.

51052 In original condition is this fabulous selection of three advertising coasters, C1960, for Airlines of New South Wales, all are different, "serving 40 country ports". Each shows the comical virtues of using the airline from exhaustion to avoiding the nagging wife in the car. Measure 10cm, thick cardboard, no tears or rips, very well preserved advertising items of this long time defunct company. Airlines of New South Wales (also known as Air New South Wales, Ansett NSW and Ansett Express) callsign "NEWSOUTH" was an Australian domestic regional airline that operated from 1959 until its merger into Ansett in 1993. In the 1960s, Airlines of New South Wales was at the centre of an Australian High Court case about the powers of the state and national governments to regulate aviation. Wonderfully rare slice of Australian commercial aviation advertising. $20.00AUD
