48615 Published by Collins, C1935 383 pages, 14cm x 11cm, illustrated paperbacked boards, cloth spine/ binding, loaded with maps (100 Suburban Official Postal District Maps), the large double sided fold out map containing Railways and Tramways map, Melbourne city streets map, Wharves and Docks map, Arterial Roads Map and Holiday Resorts map (this map is usually always missing), many adverts. The fold out is in quite well preserved condition (approx 40cm x 30cm), still in its original attached form, couple of small tears to folds and a closed tear of 8cm. General age wear,scuffs to spine ends and boards, previous owners name to front board, and full address on the rear side border. Only real flaw is two pages of blank memo sheets are missing and the other page has a drawn police officer head with helmet (similar to the cover policeman).
